Behind the Scenes of the Mission
Awareness and Education
In three months, these students in the Master’s program at École des Ponts et Chaussées will be working as buyers or project managers at a major company. Our goal was to make them aware that a company bears the risks associated with its value chain and to help them understand the impact their future decisions will have. The challenge for us was to take a step back from our existing knowledge in order to design a gradual and coherent educational program that combines theory and practice through individual and group simulations.
