How can we ensure the traceability of strategic materials derived from conflict minerals?
- Define a robust process
- Identify minerals from high-risk areas
Behind the Scenes of the Mission
Adaptability and Proactivity
For this 9-month assignment, we stepped in to replace one of Legrand’s interim managers. The key here was to be operational immediately in order to deliver the usual operational deliverables on time, while identifying opportunities for optimization. Knowledge sharing played a significant role in this experience and is what made it particularly rewarding: passing on our expertise in risk mapping programs, our methodology for identifying strategic suppliers, our knowledge of international sustainability criteria, and more. The handover to the transition management team at the start and end of the assignment went very smoothly, and it was extremely gratifying for us to see the full level of autonomy achieved internally regarding the new processes that were implemented.
