Analysis and Rigor
The context here is unique, as NeoCem is a new cement plant that is innovating with a low-carbon cement that reuses, in particular, excavated material from the Grand Paris project. For the commissioning of this industrial site, Maliro faced a twofold challenge: on the one hand, to help the Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Sales departments procure low-carbon energy at competitive prices, using a detailed cost- .
